Weekly Update - October 12, 2026
🐺 The Pale Werewolf of Dawnstar
I became a werewolf! Listen. I know what you’re thinking. “Oh no, not another werewolf girl, we’re sick of that dragonborn girl too,” but hear me out: being a werewolf in Skyrim is SO MUCH FUN. I can jump so high! Stop, drop, and rise through the air! I can howl at the moon, run with the wolves, and terrify my NPC friends. And most importantly, I can look absolutely badass in my new werewolf form.
It does have its downsides though…Sick of people pestering me with the “can you turn me please, I just wanna try it out for a couple days” - Like come on people, there’s a process. Not just anyone can get in. I’ve already turned down a couple of you - I heard your bans have been lifted and oh boy am I not happy to see you.
And yes, before you ask - Evil is also a werewolf now. She is much more annoying than your average werewolf, and has been a bit of a pain to the rest of the pack. I have to keep her in check, and I mean that literally - I have to physically restrain her when she gets too excited around the other wolves. She’s kind of like a chihuahua, but with more hissing.
🎣 The One That Got Away
So I bought a fishing map of the Pale and Winterhold. I then immediately threw it away, because maps are for losers. If I’m to catch fish, I’ll do it my way: walking across lakes, top hat and cane in hand, hypnotizing fish with my charm.
🚗 The Long Drive
THE MARATHON! THE LONG DRIVE MARATHON! UGHHHHHHHHHH! I COULDN’T BE MORE EXCITED! Even if you have NO IDEA what I’m talking about, you can’t tell me that the all caps and exclamation marks and horrible staccato writing doesn’t get you a little hyped. A little? Oh come on, I saw your heart rate jump. You’re just playing hard to get.
🛌 20 Pillows (And Counting)
I have 20 pillows. Most of you may think this is excessive, but I am here to argue the opposite - 20 is just the RIGHT amount. Each pillow serves a unique and individual purpose: 2 for my head (I’m wonky), 1 for my back (gotta keep the posture right), 6 for my feet (they’re cold), 2 for hugging (for comfort), 1 for the arch-nemesis I keep under my bed, and 3 for my cat (he’s a king, he deserves his own set). This leaves me with 5 spare, which have to be strategically placed around my room to trap intruders.
🦑 Under The Sea
This week I encountered a dolphin in my travels in the sea. I hate to admit it, but this dolphin was way too smug. I mean it swam so fast, jumping all over the place showing off its ‘superiority’. But you know what? I bet it can’t even hold its breath for ten minutes. You know who can? Me. So next time I see that dolphin, I’ll be sure to drag it down to my world and show it how it’s really done.
💥 BULLET POINTS (because I’m running out of steam):
- Zepsyr’s been stuck in the ceiling for the past 3 days - can someone please fetch him?
- Playing wordle, scrandle, and battleships is great practise for my aim & spatial awareness.
- Slept great this week and had a dream I was fighting a large fish.
- Killed a goat this week, plan to kill many more.
